Click the Book a Room button at the top of the page to start your online application. The process takes around 5 minutes — you'll need your student ID, proof of registration, and a copy of your ID document. Our team will be in touch within 1–2 business days.

Each unit includes a bed, cupboard, study desk and chair, as well as a fridge for your convenience, with high-speed Wi-Fi in the building. Please note that rental amounts exclude municipal charges — water, electricity, refuse, and sanitation are billed separately, monthly in arrears, based on actual consumption.

A double deposit is required upon signing your lease. This deposit is held in an interest-bearing account for the duration of your stay.
